I find the noe to be more for casual wear. I usually wear jeans and knee high boots when I wear my blue epi noe. Not exactly super casual, yet not dressy either.With the speedy, you could probably dress it up or down, depending on your mood of the day! Once again, it really depends on what you feel like. I started out with the 30 but after while moved on to the 35. I really feel the sizes of these bags depends on what you carry in them. I am 5'3 and I def could not carry a 25 and be happy. My stuff would not fit. In a 30 my bag feels overcrowded and stuffed. The 35 is perfect cause everything fits and there is still room so everything doesn't look on top of one another.
