I don't mean to thread jack...just making a point:I knew a woman who always had to have the center of attention. She would ask questions about how much my car was, our house, my purses, rings...etc in front of people at parties. I would always deflect the questions. So I stood there the last time and allowed her to go on an on with this look like, this is just nonsense. When she was done. I asked her, "are you finished?" and she looked surprised at my question and nodded. I said, "I find it interesting that you feel it is appropriate to discuss private, personal matters and ask such inappropriate questions that are none of your business in front of people you hardly know" and I then asked her if she was writing an article or a book because the only people I have known to ask such things are reporters. Then I quickly changed the subject to a new school that was being built. She no longer does this to me or my friends and goes out of her way to be polite now. Of course she avoided me at first for a while...which I did not mind.My point is; these type of people need to be called to the mat sometimes. Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum!I usually am a COACH carrier but I've always wanted a Speedy 30 so I'm ready to take the plunge.
